Sandra Hazzard, WHNP,CNM,FNP,DNP

Sandra was born in Salt Lake City, but lived all over the country before finally settling back in the mountain west. She studied at BYU and Weber State University, and then went onto the University of Utah to earn her Doctor of Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degrees. She is a certified Nurse Midwife and Menopause Practitioner with NAMS.

She has several clinical interests beyond family medicine. As a former Women’s Health NP and midwife, she enjoys seeing women for gynecological issues and menopause transitioning, as well as weight loss management. She also has a background in psychology and helps patients of all ages manage depression, anxiety, and other forms of mental illness.

In her spare time, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family doing puzzles, crocheting, and reading. She also loves the beach.
